Biting and clawing

    So my kitten has been biting and clawing my boyfriend and I for a while now and we were wondering if it's just a phase or if she will continue to do this.

    We think that she is teething since she is only 2 months old and she doesn't have all of her teeth yet and we were thinking maybe that's why she wants to bite everything right now.

    Of course we try to get her to stop and punish her for scratching us and biting us however I'm not sure if this is just a phase or if my kitten will always want to bite and claw people.

    Any help would be really appreciated. Thank you!

    She is at the age where biting and scratching is her number one thing to do. I have tons of scars from my new kitty. You can try getting your kitty a scratch pad so that she has somewhere to let off that steam.
