    Hi guys,

I was reading an article on Wired about how it's now possible to get a DNA test to determine which of the 29 fancy breeds your cat is and what part of the world they are from. They use a swab of tissue from the cat's mouth.

Do you think having your cat DNA tested is worth the money? I'm pretty sure my cat Dolores is just a mutt so I wouldn't go for it, but some people might have a cat that looks unusual and they wonder about the cat's ancestry.

No, thank you. I will save that money and use it to buy something more useful like cat food. Doesn't really matter what the ancestry of my cats are. After all, they are not in line for the British Cat Crown or anything like that.
