    Awww! :( :(

I feel so bad for this cat. He could be flipping out, but instead, he's just sitting in the water, crying. I want to pick him up. :(

I do find it a little funny that he could easily pick his head up but instead chooses to stay hunkered down and meowing underwater.

Okay, to make up for that really sad video, here are some funny ones:

Some of the cats actually seem to even like the water!

Poor thing, he seems so pitiful and miserable.:( But when you think about it, he could just leave, really. I wonder if maybe his fear was so great he couldn't do anything?
And I love that cats in water video! It never gets old no matter how many times I watch it.:p

The little cat in the top video made me profoundly sad and I just wanted to rescue him. The second video was amusing but I had to mute the crapulous pop song that was playing in the background.

Poor little thing! He doesn't look happy, but like you say he is not trying to get away either...

I found the original video and this is the accompanying comment:

Here's the original video, and there are other videos of 'McLovin' (he he love the name!) from the user.

Here's another video from the owner

I wonder if McLovin behaved like that in the bath because his owner is like his mother (he was bottle fed), so will do as he's told even if he doesn't like it?

On a separate note, I love that this guy has called his pets McLovin, Eva Purron and Dr Indiana Bones :D

Yeah, I don't think there was any animal abuse going on there. While I feel sorry for the cat and wanted to scoop him up out of the bath, the cat can clearly stand up if he wants to. I really don't think I would insist on giving the cat a bath if he hated it that badly, though. I don't bathe cats in the first place.

The first video was sad, but as you said it was definitely not abuse.
I love the explanation video as well.

While looking at the same guys videos, I found this...
    Sorry, but it was adorable

Those are fantastic names. Dang, why didn't I think of Eva Purron?
I'm totally envious of his cat naming skills. I can't think of a clever pet name to save my life. My cats have mostly had regular human names.
