    Hi guys,

I found this humor article about how cat owners have to block out and deny things in order to stay sane, like not thinking about how those sweet little paws that knead your stomach are also used to cover up poop in the litter box. Don't think about it.

Anyway , I found this humor column funny and thought I would share it. Enjoy. And try not to think about where those paws have been.

    So true!

We actually keep lint rollers in several places in the house and in all of the vehicles. You can't leave the house without "defurring" yourself....and even if you do that, you'll find that once you're in the car or at work, you'll still run across more hair on yourself. There's just no escaping it.

Hahahahaha. This is also why I love Cat vs Human, she has it down perfectly. I love the headbutts, the purring, the soft kneading and pummelling, and the paws to the face in the night when I'm sleeping, and the kisses I get every day. I have to NOT think about those little paws scraping through cat litter, that nose and face buried in his crotch and cleaning his male-cat-tackle, and the fact that I get his bum shoved in my face, on a several times daily basis. And yet, I STILL adore him!

I have a short haired cat and I still have to vacuum often, if not for the fur than the random pieces of litter or dry cat food that somehow wind up far away from where cat litter and food should be.

I will never understand why no matter where I am sitting in a room, my cat's anus is always at eye level. Why do they do that? At some point I'm going to Google why cats stick their butts in people's faces. Is it to show dominance? Contempt? Do they think it's funny to do that? I don't get it. No matter where I am sitting, Dolores' anus will find me. Cats are weird.

Number one is my biggest freak out! I have kitty wipes, but it would just take so long to wipe his paws. I always think about my outdoor cats who come in and sleep on my bed. They were sitting in a gutter about 5 minutes before. Bleh!

Oh I hate it when cats stick their butts in your face. Why on earth do they do that? Our cats and my friends cats all do that. They will jump up on the table and want petted, then stick their stuff right in my face, so gross...
