Koko the gorilla and her kittens

    Hi everyone,

    This is a very cute video of Koko the gorilla playing with her kittens. It's amazing to see such a strong animal be so tender and loving with these small, precious kittens. Koko has a large vocabulary in sign language and you can find lots of videos of her, including more about her and the kittens. In one other video she is signing 'baby', with which she addresses the kittens. I hope you all enjoy it as much as I did!

    That is such an amazing video! It's beautiful to see creatures interracting in such a way and wonderful that Koko is so gentle and playful with the kittens. Than you so much for sharing :)

    You are very welcome. I work with children with severe language impairments so I use sign language at work and I love to view videos about sign language.
    Because Koko is also frequently found with videos on sign language I would have thought I'd seen this sooner, but actually my boyfriend found it and showed me it. It's so cute! The pleasure is all mine in sharing this :)
