Ricky Gervais Appalled By University Experiments On Kittens

    I hate reading animal testing stories about cats and kittens because they are so intelligent that it's almost like experimenting on children. I was reading an article about how comedian Ricky Gervais has been tweeting and speaking out publicly against some university experiments on kittens. In order to look for a cure for lazy eye in children, they sewed the eyes of 30 kittens shut for a week. After the experiment, they euthanized all of them.

    Now knowing that blind cats are capable of living happy lives, isn't it disgusting that they killed them?
    Couldn't they have reversed the surgery or just let them live their lives as blind cats? "Okay, experiment's done ,so let's kill them now." People do some douche-y things in the name of science.
